NWB Infinity Wall System

A concrete wall system with a steel core.

The Infinity Wall System was developed to reduce the burden of noise wall construction without compromising the requirements of the project. Less weight changes what a project has to mobilize, schedule, and support.

From Concept to Reality

Closing the distance between the drawing and the wall.

Every noise wall begins as an engineering drawing — geometry, structural loading, acoustics, aesthetics. The Infinity Wall System is built to make the distance between that design and the finished wall as short as possible: lighter panels, fewer loads, faster installation, and a finish that matches the vision.

System capability

Engineered around the realities of construction.

Lightweight construction

8-13 LBS PER SF

A concrete wall system with a steel core, engineered to carry acoustic and durability requirements at a fraction of conventional system weight.

Transportation efficiency

3,456 SF PER LOAD TYPICAL

More wall per load reduces delivery count, staging area, and freight exposure across long hauls and constrained work zones.

Installation efficiency

864 SF PER PERSON PER DAY

Handling characteristics expand the range of feasible placement methods and support production inside short closure windows.

Reduced structural loading

8-13 LBS PER SF

Lower dead load applied to posts, foundations, parapets, and decks — critical on structure-mounted and rehabilitation work.

Repairability

ONSITE REPAIR

Panel-level repair and replacement supports maintenance without rebuilding full wall sections.

Service life

AASHTO LRFD 10TH EDITION + ASTM TESTING

Design requirements from AASHTO LRFD 10th Edition and applicable ASTM testing support project-specific durability and service-life evaluation.

Acoustical performance

STANDARD REFLECTIVE CONFIGURATION: STC 51 · NRC 0.10

The standard reflective Infinity Wall configuration is rated STC 51 per ASTM E90-09 (2016) and NRC 0.10 per ASTM C423-17. Project-specific acoustic requirements are reviewed with NWB.

Design flexibility

UNLIMITED COLORS AND TEXTURES

See It Installed

Watch a panel go in — in real time.

No time-lapse, no editing tricks. This is the actual pace of an Infinity Wall System installation — the speed that keeps closure windows short and schedules intact.

Design freedom

One wall. Any aesthetic.

The wall shown here is a single 12-foot-tall, 24-foot-long Infinity Wall installation — finished to read as a series of 12-by-8-foot brick walls. This aesthetic was developed for a large retaining wall project whose drawings called for 8-foot wall sections. By building it as one continuous Infinity Wall instead, the project saved 80% of installation labor, plus the post material and labor for the added posts the original design required.

Color matching, texture, matching an existing wall run, custom geometry, three-dimensional forms, and architectural integration are all handled inside the system.
